Mizukart Return & Refund Policy

At Mizukart, we strive to deliver premium, high-quality desk tech to elevate your workspace. Because we want to keep our prices competitive and fair, we maintain a strict but transparent policy regarding returns and cancellations.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Required

To protect our store against transit damages and fraudulent claims, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video to process any return, replacement, or refund request.

The video must clearly show the unopened courier package, the shipping label, the opening of the box, and the initial testing of the product.

Without a valid, unedited unboxing video, we cannot accept any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at mizukartsupport@gmail.com, our support team within 48 hours of delivery will contact you. Include your order number and the mandatory unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange for a free brand-new replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

3. Order Cancellations & Doorstep Rejections

Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

After Shipping / Cash on Delivery (COD) Rejections: Once an item leaves our fulfillment center, courier fees are instantly locked in. If a customer places a COD order and intentionally rejects the package at their doorstep, refuses delivery, or provides an unreachable address, it causes significant logistical losses to our small business. We reserve the right to restrict future COD privileges for accounts that abuse doorstep rejections.

4. Returns & Eligibility

We want you to love your Mizukart gear. All items are quality-checked before shipping. Returns are accepted only for products with technical defects or damage during transit, verified by an unboxing video. We're unable to offer returns or refunds once a product has been opened and used without defects, as we resell only brand-new items.
